🔍 How Does It Work?

Every FlexCheck submission is scored and automatically sorted into one of 3 tiers:

Top Tier – Most Iconic Physique
The highest scoring physiques — aesthetics, proportion, and power.

Mid Tier – Most Relatable Physique
The average scoring physiques — attainable and hard-working.

Bottom Tier – Most Cooked Legend
The lowest scoring physiques — most room for improvement.

🎯 Why Use Tiers?

Tiers allow for a fair and competitive system — you're matched against similar physiques, not just the “best-looking” ones. This makes every submission feel relevant, no matter your level.

🕹️ How to Game It (Legally)

  • Top Tier: Submit pumped, well-lit, fully posed shots.
  • Mid Tier: Submit casual, natural lighting, average state photos.
  • Bottom Tier: Submit cursed angles, bulk-season lighting, or intentionally cooked poses.

📅 Timing Your Submissions

Submissions are unlimited before the Thursday 7PM CT deadline. You can test different versions and land in the best tier possible. New pic = new score. Use it.

  2. Get a "FlexScore" between 1–100.
    • Slight randomness ensures no two scores are identical.
  3. Your FlexScore determines your tier:
    • Top Tier = highest FlexScores
    • Mid Tier = middle-range scores
    • Bot Tier = lowest scores
  4. The top 3 from each tier (9 total) qualify for this week’s community vote.

🏁 How to Win (End of Month)

🗳️ One winner per tier is selected each week by vote.
Those weekly winners enter head-to-head judged battles.
🏆 The final showdown crowns Three Monthly Champions.

  • Each week, one winner per tier (Top, Mid, Bot) is chosen by community vote and advances to that tier’s monthly bracket.
  • The bracket follows a single-elimination format:
    • Week 1 Winner vs Week 2 Winner → Semifinal 1
    • Week 3 Winner vs Week 4 Winner → Semifinal 2
    • Winners of each semifinal face off in the Championship Final
  • Semifinals and Championship are LIVE judged battles (7pm CT) during FlexCheck Friday livestreams.
    • Judged directly by me — no polls, no audience vote
    • Winners are chosen based on physique, effort, presentation, and improvement
  • The Championship Final takes place on the last Friday of the month and crowns one winner per tier.
  • 3 Total Monthly Champions are selected — one from Top, Mid, and Bot Tier.

🔥 How do I improve my score? +
What improves my FlexScore?
Clear lighting, strong posing, symmetry, muscle visibility, and a clean background. Look intentional.

Does flexing help?
Yes — 95% of high scores are flexed. Don’t go loose unless it’s for the meme.

What lowers my score?
Higher body fat percentage, less muscle mass, less roundness. Other contributors include: Poor lighting, blurry or awkward photos, bad posture, covered physique.

Are transformation photos helpful?
Only if the “after” image is strong enough to score well by itself.

Does showing my face matter?
Not at all. We judge your physique, so cropping or blurring your face is totally fine. I cannot blur it for you.
📊 How do I select my tier? +
You don't — it’s automatic. The algorithm sorts you based on your FlexScore.

Why compete in Mid or Bot tier?
Top tier isn’t the only path to glory. Mid and Bot tiers have their own battles and prizes:
  • 💪 Bot Tier — “Cooked” physiques with the most room for improvement. Winning here is about the biggest comeback potential.
  • ⚖️ Mid Tier — The most balanced physiques, sitting in the middle of the pack.
  • 🏆 Top Tier — Highest-scoring physiques overall.
How the formula works:
  • Top tier → highest to lowest FlexScore
  • Bot tier → lowest to highest FlexScore
  • Mid tier → closest to the median (absolute value)
🎯 Can I still win the prize if I never win the vote? +
Kind of — there’s a separate easter egg prize you can only unlock by completing all of the Challenges, even if you never win the weekly vote.

Think of it as the “side quest” of FlexCheck. If you can beat every challenge, you earn a special reward.

📤 How should I format my submission? +
How many photos should I submit?
Between 3 to 6 — front, back, and side gives the best chance. Submitting just 1 is fine but less optimal. Keep in mind, your legs are part of the score! If they are not clearly shown, the score might be random.

Can I update my submission?
Yes — you can resubmit at any time before Thursday @ 7PM CT. Only the latest one counts.

Should I reuse the same photos weekly?
You can, but results may vary. Try new angles or lighting for better scores.

What files work best?
Standard JPG or PNG under 10MB. Avoid videos, collages, or low-res pics.
🔁 Can I enter again next week? +
Can I enter every week?
Absolutely. You can even enter multiple times in a week and try to win multiple tiers for the meme.

Can I win more than once?
Yes. Create a monopoly on victory.

What if I already won?
You can still compete.
🕵️ Can I stay anonymous? +
Yes. If you skip adding a social media handle, you’ll be listed as “Anonymous”.

You’re also free to blur or crop your face — it won’t hurt your score.

Anonymous entries are still fully eligible to win.
