2) Payment
Fitness goals are achieved through moving better, eating better, and recovering better. I provide a workout program, nutrition program, and coaching advice to directly address these issues month after month.
The workout program is a PDF with your workout routine and the guidance to gain muscle and/or strength.
The nutrition program is a personalized diet on a PDF with guidance to control your weight and body composition.
The coaching advice is delivered in 3 integrated mediums: 1) an email to organize the information to give it to you when you need it 2) a coaching video linked in the email that gives you my personal recommendations 3) a website article linked in the email that walks you specifically through the day, the reasoning, and options for any changes you may need to make to fit your particular situation.

Monthly Subscription

3) Workout Program
It is a PDF of your workout program with the necessary tips to gain muscle and/or strength.
Each workout program block is 4 weeks long. There are 3 training blocks for each program which means the total workout program is 12 weeks long. Each program comes with its own unique PDF and tips.
Also, each PDF is editable for convenience to track your progress. So that’s pretty cool.
Each program is equipped with recommendations in the coaching advice (email, coaching video, and website article) for any specified day. This means you can adapt the program to your particular situation as needed.
For example, if you need to change exercises, there’s a section from the week 1 emails which goes through the options and considerations for that.
If you need to change the number of days per week you workout, refer to the coaching section.

With your subscription, you have the opportunity to send me progress pictures and videos to be posted on social media as a shoutout where I may comment on your form and physique. However, all of this is done at the discretion of GamePlan Fitness.

Living has risk.
By going to the gym you increase your risk of gym-related injury. However, we can minimize that risk by learning to do things right and maximize the reward of physical progress along the way.
If you are concerned about your particular situation, I would recommend you get advice from a licensed healthcare professional that can get the necessary information to address your problems.
Depends. Each training block has fatigue management programmed into it over the 3 training blocks. This means some people may never need to take a true deload and could follow the routines as directly written down without any changes for years.
However, some people may find that they need to take a deload every 4-12 weeks. You can find more information on that here.
Any deload can be done before a training block or it can simply replace one of the weeks and continue forward as previously outlined. There is a lot of flexibility in this.

The emails, coaching video, and website have many details that could be analyzed for hours.

There are a few different kinds of emails with their own steps for troubleshooting:
- Program Confirmation Emails – After onboarding, you fill out questions on the email to get your workout and nutrition plan. If the information if not properly inputted into your account, you will not receive your program.
- First, retake the survey and make sure to complete it entirely.
- Second, if you have not receieved an email in 30 minutes, submit your answers to help@gameplanfitness.com
- Coaching Emails – While on a program, the next email may not be sent.
- First, check the bottom of the most recent email to identify when the next email will be sent.
- Second, if the email is past due, send email about which email you are missing with all relevant details help@gameplanfitness.com
- Account Emails – After paying for a subscription, you may not receive an email.
- First, check your spam or All Mail folder
- Second, make sure you have activated your account through any email verification emails
- Third, if you still cannot access your account, explain your problem in an email to help@gameplanfitness.com
4) Nutrition Program
It is a PDF of your nutrition program with the necessary tips to control your body weight and composition.
It lists your diet plan, tips for if you are cutting or bulking, and more.
Each program is equipped with recommendations in the coaching advice (email, coaching video, and website article) for any specified day. This means you can adapt the program to your particular situation as needed.
For example, if you need to change foods, there’s a section from the PDF which goes through the options and considerations for that.
Yes, recommended in the email and nutrition program.
Depends. If life happens, do your best. In general, use the nutrition program to build your ideal lifestyle. Ideally, something you enjoy doing and look forward to.
All that matters is that you are making progress over the entire week, a bad day here or there is not a catastrophe.

Whenever the nutrition plan is no longer working or aligned with your goals.
This usually takes at least 2-4 weeks, so before you consider making any changes, give the approach a chance to work.
5) Coaching
You use the email that you signed up with to receive all of the guidance you need to absolutely destroy your workouts and nutrition.
The number of emails you get is shown by the PDF, but it is essentially weekly check-ins. The first week however is when you get an email every single day to give you the information you need when you need it by pairing relevant information with that specific workout day of the week.
Although these workouts are sent to you on a routine basis, you are in control of when you workout and how you apply the information. It is important to me to give you the information before you need it, so you have the GamePlan for your fitness in your head before you get to your workout.

As long as it does not affect the overall process, missing an email here or there is not a problem.
However, if it is something important that you are missing then please email help@gameplanfitness.com to get your concerns sorted out.
Go to your profile and choose your workout program and/or your nutrition plan through the link. You confirm this be entering in your email address.
Keep in mind, each block is built for you to go through all three blocks before changing your program. If you change your program before you finish the third block of the program it may cause problems. If you encounter problems, email me at help@gameplanfitness.com
Every program starts on block 1. In the future, I intend to enable the ability to move between different blocks.
There is not a standardized way to change your blocks, so I recommend finishing the three blocks of a single workout program before changing your workout program.
There is not currently an easy way to do this while you are in the middle of a workout program. Here are two options to workaround this issue:
a) If you need to change the number of days you workout, simply combine days or skip days you cannot commit to.
b) If you are willing to restart the entire program (only possible after two weeks) with a different training frequency (days per week), go to your profile and change your workout plan to adjust the number of training days per week and receive an adjusted workout plan.
Here is my recommendation for how often you should train, but I always recommend committing to a number of days per week that you can consistently manage week after week.
Worst case: the days are slightly out of order.
It is no big deal. If you want to hit chest on sunday not monday, do it. Make the fitness program something you can manage.
Never make it harder than it needs to be.
ALWAYS try to make it easier on yourself to be accountable.

It is pretty casual for now. Simply send it to me on email at chase@gameplanfitness.com as a google drive link or equivalent. You could also DM on social media.
Any media you send me could give you a chance for a shoutout on social media.
A form breakdown is where I look at your form and give you tips on how to improve it and what is already good. This helps you make the most progress possible on each rep.
I will go live on instagram or tiktok at my own discretion with an update on the date and time. If you want a more specific and established date and time to go over your form for multiple lifts, then apply for a 1:1 coaching sessions by emailing chase@gameplanfitness.com
8) Cancellation

I made it easy by making the process easily accessible on your profile, so if you find that we are not a fit, I don’t want to hold you back from achieving your potential
You will email me, I will identify what plan you are on and the time left remaining in your subscription, then I will tell you what I can reimburse you.
9) Other Questions
I pre-emptively provide a lot of guidance for your fitness journey, so refer to the emails, videos, and website content first. This has information on ALL of the key details that need to be maximized before any marginal factors need to even be considered.
